Work Environment
This role is based in a prefabrication manufacturing facility that is not climate-controlled; there is no air conditioning, but heat is provided during colder months. The work is hands-on and physically active, involving assembly of industrial and construction-related components in a production environment. Employees work a minimum of 48 hours per week on a late shift schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with Fridays often being shorter.
