Job Description

HK Logistics is looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. 

Company Vehicle Provided! Non CDL 

Daily responsibilities for our Non CDL Delivery Drivers include:

• Report to the warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadout
• Safely drive and operate a company-provided vehicle at all times
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle at the warehouse and along your route
• Use a handheld device to navigate your assigned delivery route efficiently
• Complete all deliveries in a timely and professional manner
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout your delivery shift
• Adapt to varying weather conditions while maintaining safe driving practices
• Keep your delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in proper working condition
• Communicate clearly with your dispatcher throughout the day
• Support fellow drivers when needed — we are a team, and we look out for each other
• Represent HK Logistics with professionalism and a positive attitude during every delivery interaction.

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements — Non CDL We are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals. Here is what you will need to join our team as a Non CDL Delivery Driver:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required for commercial vehicle insurance compliance)
• Must hold a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• No CDL required — this is a Delivery Driver, no CDL position
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Clean motor vehicle record required (multiple violations may disqualify applicants)
• Must be available and open to working weekends
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

No CDL? No problem. We welcome non CDL drivers and candidates new to professional delivery roles.
