Job Description

Salary: $63,000 - 103,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-person and remote technical support for service requests and incidents involving computer systems, software, hardware, and infrastructure.
  • Diagnose, resolve, or route tickets accurately according to documented processes, using internal training, prior knowledge, and sound judgment.
  • Administer Active Directory and provide limited support for corporate mobile devices, Mac computers, and hardware.
  • Support cloud applications such as Box and Office 365; troubleshoot Cisco VPN connectivity, browsers, printers, and drivers.
  • Remediate or minimize antivirus threats and install and configure Adobe products and Check Point endpoint client software.
  • Use remote-access tools, imaging and deployment servers, and USB/PXE processes to image and deploy standard devices.
  • Manage IT assets, hardware orders, inventory, and equipment lifecycle activities.
  • Manage IP telephony devices and deploy, configure, and support standard IP telephony.
  • Use ServiceNow for ticket management and maintain documentation and records.
  • Support onboarding and training for new hires, conference rooms, meetings, projects, vendors, and end-user equipment moves.
  • Coordinate with media, corporate events, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve meeting technology issues.
  • Test, monitor, analyze, diagnose, and resolve performance, technology, and process problems; route issues to the appropriate team or assignment group.
  • Support conference-room audio and display equipment.
  • Perform smart-hands tasks, including infrastructure cross-connects and cable patching; equipment installation, removal, and relocation; server and network gear reboots; power cycling; and remote console access.
  • Provide onsite and offsite technical assistance, escort IT vendors where permitted, and assist with procurement, receipt, and shipping of IT goods and services.
  • Handle business information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
