Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Extensive background leading enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and cyber resilience at a global scale
• Proven experience overseeing security operations, security architecture, GRC, compliance, audit readiness, incident response, and recovery
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory expectations, and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST, and SOX / ITGC
• Demonstrated ability to embed security into technology transformation, cloud environments, digital products, data ecosystems, and third-party relationships
• Experience advising executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders on cyber risk, investment priorities, and strategic trade-offs
• Track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing global cybersecurity and IT governance teams
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage high-pressure incidents, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
• Capability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority and drive pragmatic, risk-informed decisions

• Define and deliver the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities, risk appetite, and growth objectives
• Assess emerging cyber and governance threats, including AI-related risks, and recommend remediation actions
• Establish and continuously improve the cyber governance model, including policies, standards, decision rights, reporting, escalation, and accountability
• Direct global security operations covering monitoring, intelligence, incident detection, vulnerability management, identity and access management, endpoint security, cloud security, encryption, and data protection
• Oversee security architecture and control design across platforms, cloud services, business applications, digital products, privileged access management, and Zero Trust initiatives
• Lead GRC activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, acceptance, monitoring, reporting, policy governance, and compliance oversight
• Embed cybersecurity risk management into enterprise risk management, business planning, technology governance, third-party oversight, customer assurance, and major transformation programs
• Manage preparedness for applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, industry, and framework requirements
• Act as the primary technology partner to Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Internal Audit on cybersecurity, privacy, audit, contractual, and customer assurance matters
• Lead cyber resilience planning, including incident response strategy, crisis escalation, executive communications, tabletop exercises, ransomware readiness, recovery coordination, and lessons learned
• Advise executive leadership and Board stakeholders on cyber exposure, program maturity, investment needs, strategic choices, incident readiness, and disclosure considerations
• Build and mentor a high-performing global cybersecurity and IT governance organization with clear accountability, succession planning, and talent development
• Promote a company-wide culture where cybersecurity is a shared leadership responsibility and part of everyday decision-making
