What You'll Do:

• Integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Triaging failures
• Identifying whether defects stem from test issues or system defects
• Given the program's continuous integration environment and the requirement to test SIGINT ground processing capabilities with frequent software drops and high-complexity interfaces, the volume of automated test development and maintenance is significant and ongoing.
• Updated ICDs
• New acceptance criteria
• Evolving simulator data
• Changes to subsystem behavior

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM.
• 6+ years of professional/military experience.
• 6+ years of experience with leading technical teams or designing large-scale distributed systems.
• 6+ years of experience in software testing within IT environments with a strong focus on mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• 6+ years of experience working with version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN or TFS.

What Sets You Apart:

• Master's Degree in a STEM.
• Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), and scripting languages like Python or Bash (Unix shell).
• Solid understanding of API testing methodologies for RESTful services; familiarity with JSON/XML data formats.
• knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or DB2; ability to perform data analysis skills for troubleshooting issues.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or HP ALM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis; excellent debugging skills are essential for identifying issues efficiently.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering, design review, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Technical support experience related to software troubleshooting within complex system environments.
